The IHRA board has ratified the following new whip regulations which were recently sent as a recommendation from the IHRA committees.
Over the course of the last two months, these regulations have been debated by all stakeholders, ie trainers, owners, drivers, breeders & stewards.
The rules will bring the IHRA and its members more closely aligned to our International partners and the agreed protocols of the World Trotting Association’s World conferences held in both Canada & Sweden.
All drivers will be requested to attend an online webinar on these whip regulations in the near future with the IHRA stewards ahead of being cleared to compete in 2021.
