The IHRA would like to advise that there are STRICTLY no unlicensed people allowed to workout horses at Portmarnock Raceway with immediate effect, persons found in breach will be subject to a fine and/or suspension.
A final reminder that horses in the incorrect ownership and horses that have not been transferred from STAGBI to IHRA Stud Book will not be cleared to race.
License renewal and race clearance is not guaranteed without 14 days notification to the IHRA Office for administration and processing of applications.
