1. Is the minister aware of the effort of the Irish Harness Racing Association to stage races at Dundalk Racetrack and the objection to this by publicly-funded Horse Racing Ireland and the obstacle that this is to the development of the sport of harness racing in Ireland and will he make a statement on the matter?
