The Cork racing season kicks off on Sunday 17th May with the inaugral meeting on the beach at Inchydoney Strand, it will be a 12pm start to coencide with the low tide timetable.
Inchydoney Strand now a famous Blue Flag beach is no stranger to Trotting and has now become the favourite workout venue for the standardbred horse in recent years. Following a lapse of close on thirty years this meting was renewed in 2013 and run under the auspicies of the ITHRF and can easily accomodate a 1000 meter circuit in ideal tidal conditions.
It is hoped to have two Trotteur Francais races and a full supporting card across the remaining grades.
