As from 2013 the Breeders Crown will be split into regions: Scotland, England, Wales, Northern Ireland & Southern Ireland. Directors for South Wales & Scotland have been appointed. Directors for other regions have yet to be selected. All interested parties who feel they are capable of furthering our sport, please get in touch. Their duties will be to promote juvenile racing through the Breeders Crown and stage races in each region.
Breeders Crown racing will take place in various regions in the form of educational/grading races, as opposed to elimination races. This will be for 2 and 3 year olds, but mostly 3 year olds as this is our largest division. As this is a new method of doing things for the Breeders Crown, allowances will be made for yearlings and 2 year olds in 2012 only, as long as stallions are paid up to date. This move is in everyones interest as the more entries we have the greater the prize money will be. This is all subject to number of entries received, but at this stage entries are looking good.
So if your yearling or 2 year old has not been entered please enter now. 2 year olds to be in by the end of this year and yearlings by the end of February 2013.
