IHRC Licensing 2012
IHRC Licensing will take place in conjunction with an ITHRF Horse Owners Meeting on Thursday Night 12th April at the Morris Arms Connonagh at 8.00pm. Licence application/renewal/race fee forms will be available at the meeting or may be downloaded from the link on the home page.
